Stride authoring now declares the existing limit of three distinct references for each of
previous_review.evidence_refsandexplore_review.considered_refs. The authoring contract, decision validator, and replay of previous-review evidence share the same configured bound. The path-delta limit and exact review identity checks are unchanged.Validation: 53 focused control-plane tests, four real CLI review-to-execution cases across File and SQLite, control-plane type checking, and quick premerge.
