Closes #124
Adds authenticated real-time typing indicators to the WebSocket server and Vue/Svelte clients, including deduplicated state broadcasts, expiry, disconnect cleanup, accessible rendering, reduced-motion behavior, documentation, and regression coverage.
Validation
Mutation testing was not run because it remains manual-only.
