Stacked on #95 (simpler new tab).

Summary

  • New tab background (newTabBackground: Wallpaper | Gradient | Solid, default Wallpaper). The wallpaper (assets/newtab-wallpaper.jpg, 28 KB) was generated for the brand: a dark navy backdrop with soft light ribbons and an empty centre. A luminosity blend recolours it with the theme accent, so it is blue in Joy, pink in Rose and amber in Sunset. Light themes tint it more strongly so the footer stays readable.
  • Quick links switch (newTabSites, default on): hides the tile row.
  • Four themes: Midnight, Graphite, Rose and Sunset. Each accent has ≥ 6.5:1 contrast on its surface and the text has ≥ 13:1.
  • Both settings live in Settings → Appearance and go through the existing ui-settings message, validated on the main side. Parsing falls back to the defaults (unit-tested).

Test plan

  • npm run typecheck
  • npm test (104 passed)
  • npm run test:e2e (48 passed, 3 skipped), including a new test that changes both settings in the settings page and checks the new tab follows them
  • Screenshots in the Joy, Rose, Sunset and Light themes

Settings → Appearance gains:
- "Fundo da nova aba": a wallpaper (default), the theme-color glow, or a
solid color. The wallpaper, generated for the brand, keeps only its
light and takes the theme accent as its color, so it matches every
theme; light themes tint it further to keep text readable.
- "Acesso rápido na nova aba": hides the quick-link tiles.
- Four more theme presets: Midnight, Graphite, Rose and Sunset, each
with its accent above 6.5:1 on its surface.
