https://www.terraform.io/downloads.html wget the right binary unzip it Add the directory of binary to PATH

Init the local environment for terraform to run commands

ubuntu@workshop$ terraform init

find your credential on console

you can find access key and screct key in https://console-intl.huaweicloud.com/iam/

provision resources

ubuntu@workshop$ terraform apply
