Add a DBus method ListEffectiveOutputNames that directly queries the X server's RANDR Monitor set via GetMonitors 新增 DBus 方法 ListEffectiveOutputNames，GetMonitors 直接查询 Xserver 的 Monitor 集合 Log: 新增 ListEffectiveOutputNames 接口，返回Xserver的显示器集合 Influence: 个性化-壁纸，预览正确显示，切换壁纸正常；开启/关闭跨屏拼接，预览正确显示，切换壁纸正常；
