fix(models): restore native Alpha aliases in evidence runtime

What changed

• route alpha-0 and ox-alpha to the native keyless OpenCode Zen x-preview-f-free endpoint
• keep OpenRouter stealth/ox-alpha available only through its explicit provider/model identity
• pin exact provider, model, and base URL in the regression test

Why

Fresh aos.hermes-model-routing-acceptance.v1 against the staged PR #2 runtime failed runtime-surface: both aliases still resolved to OpenRouter even though the active fork already carried the corrected native identity. The old active runtime had masked this candidate regression.

Verification

• focused Alpha + deterministic picker/bounded-probe tests: 4 passed
• tests/hermes_cli/test_models.py tests/hermes_cli/test_inventory.py: 97 passed
• Ruff on both changed files: clean
• exact remote head: fa27def4c27e77e2bab23848de82015f69b3b3e4

No gateway restart, release-pointer switch, provider call, dispatch resume, deployment, or protected action is included.
