Plain explainer versions: fix rough figures inherited from source drawings

The plain (non-scrolling) versions at explainers/01-bottleneck-plain/ and explainers/second-renaissance-plain/ carry rough edges from the source drawings, left as faithful stills:

• Several figures (the doctor's-day bars, the constraint-migration rows) carry a lot of empty paper.
• In the stack, the staircase does not visually meet the map thumbnail.
• In it moves, the dashed hospital box clips the follow-up box.

Fixing these means editing the original SVGs, not the stills.

Placed in the Reason Commons model for this repository as t-e-17-action, a transition action in reason-commons.ltp.yaml (PR #39). Why it sits there, what the model says it should change, and what it does not claim: report — Issue #17.

The model is a candidate until it is ratified in the Reason Commons commons for this project; nothing about this issue changes. When that commons is connected to this repository the app projects accepted actions as managed issues of its own (title = the action's statement, labelled rc:*) and cannot yet adopt an existing issue as that action — that is #35 — so the connection waits for #35, and until then this comment is how to find the model from here.

Fixed the one defect in the 2R piece: the stack is redrawn as a standalone SVG (ac050c5) and the staircase now runs up under the map.

The other two (the doctor's-day and constraint-migration empty paper, and it moves clipping) are in The Wrong Queue plain version. That piece is being retired under the Explainers v2 rework (beads reasoncommons-bnl.10, plan in docs/plans/2026-09-18-explainers-v2.md), so I'm not fixing them. Closing this as done/superseded.
