[inbox] Add screenshots to pages using screenshotit.app

Most pages here are wall-to-wall text. A single image near the top would give each one a visual anchor and make the site much less of a slab. screenshotit.app is the obvious tool for capturing the source a page is about.

Starting point

ipcc-special-report-1.5-degrees-2018 — capture the report's home page. Checked 2026-08-08: https://www.ipcc.ch/sr15/ is still live and returns 200, so the capture is straightforward.

Worth deciding first

• Captures date. A screenshot of a live page is a snapshot of a moving target. Worth stamping each with the capture date in the caption, the way the HadCRUT chart on the home page credits its source and retrieval date.
• Where they live. assets/, kebab-cased, no LFS — see the conventions in CLAUDE.md. scripts/verify.sh will fail the build if a referenced image is missing, so they have to be committed, not hotlinked.
• Whether hotlinking is better for some. A live embed stays current but can rot or change under you; a capture is stable but ages. Probably capture for anything cited as evidence, hotlink for nothing.
