Add multiple account support for quest runner

Summary

• add support for parsing and running multiple Discord tokens from the TOKEN environment variable
• track quest execution per account with live progress rendering
• preserve original identify payload fields while applying the quest client overrides
• remove .env.example and refresh the lockfile/dependency state

Notes

• reviewer attention is useful around multi-account concurrency and the removal of .env.example
