This change adds the LLVM toolchain to the Dockerfile, enabling support for cross-compilation to various target architectures. The LLVM tools (such as clang, lld, and llvm-ar) are now available in the build environment, allowing for more efficient and flexible cross-compilation. Signed-off-by: Paul Gaiduk <paulg@zededa.com>
