Web DecisionEngine (#620) was checked on real Laya models only with a scratch harness: dart compile js page, serve_static_with_headers.py, Playwright Chromium, 24-row fixture, worker and main-thread modes. The chat-app-web-* scenarios drive the chat UI, which has no decision screen, and bridge-smoke only checks bootstrap.
Once bridge assets with decision API 1 are published and pinned, add a decision-model-web-smoke scenario to tool/testing/run_local_e2e.dart and a row to tool/testing/test_matrix.dart that run the fixture through LlamaEngine → WebAutoBackend → WebGpuLlamaBackend, with the tolerances of test/e2e/backends/decision_engine_e2e_test.dart.
