Correct README table to include correct semgrep and diff-master tool names

Changes:

• semgrep-check → renamed to go-swallowed-error (the actually-registered name), description updated to describe the specific swallowed-error rule it runs.
• Added no-diff-master as a new row (was previously only used in the example config, never documented in the table).
