Hi there

I’m Lars Gröber. Engineering leader with a strong backend and platform background.

I built and led a 30+ person engineering organization responsible for business-critical product platforms. My work focused on scalable backend systems, event-driven architectures, and reliable delivery in close alignment with product and business teams.

I care about clear ownership, operational stability, and growing strong engineering leaders. Most of my recent work lives in private repositories.
