Compile without --cache: one cache, under TREE_CALCULUS_CACHE - #76

The build passed `--cache .cache/lambada`, the one cache outside `.cache/tree-calculus`. With lambada-llc/tree-calculus#58 the runtime keeps compiled sources in TREE_CALCULUS_CACHE too, and lambada-llc/lambada#46 drops the flag — so this stops passing it. Against the lambada pinned now, that is the same `.cache/lambada` by default; once both pins move, compiled sources sit beside everything else, and the 30-day prune above covers them (the old directory was never stamped on use, so nothing could prune it). README's layout, the .gitignore note and CI's cache comment say one cache now; CI already caches all of `.cache`. Tested: ./build.sh with the current pins, and from an empty cache with tree-calculus and lambada at those two PRs' heads (3m14s cold, 2.9s warm) — exit 0 and no diff under src/ either way; the second leaves only .cache/tree-calculus, transform-v1 included. tree-calculus 5a83063 -> 1fafaa4 (lambada-llc/tree-calculus#58): a transformer's outputs are kept under TREE_CALCULUS_CACHE, in transform-v1. lambada a7398b8 -> ef0bbc3 (lambada-llc/lambada#46): `--cache` is gone; compiled sources are cached exactly when everything else is. build.sh already stopped passing the flag (#76), so compiled sources now sit in .cache/tree-calculus and the 30-day prune covers them; an old .cache/lambada is dead and can be deleted. Tested: ./build.sh from an empty cache exits 0 in 3m26s with no diff; .cache holds only tree-calculus/, transform-v1 included. This is the third of four PRs moving compiled-source caching onto the shared cache. It is safe to merge in any order relative to lambada-llc/tree-calculus#58 and lambada-llc/lambada#46.
What changes.
build.shno longer passes--cache .cache/lambada..cache/lambadais lambada's default anyway..cache/tree-calculus/transform-v1next to everything else. The build's existing 30-day prune then covers them; the old directory was never stamped on use, so nothing could prune it.README.md's layout, the.gitignorenote and CI's cache comment now describe a single cache.
