feat: polish recording library for 0.11.0

Summary

• refine recording entries into calm two-line Quiet rows with regular-weight truncated titles
• align date and duration to the leading edge and compact semantic status badges to the trailing edge
• add comfortable inter-row spacing with inset hairline separators that yield to hover and selected states
• keep quick play progressive, preserve Space playback and Enter selection, and remove the redundant playback disclosure
• refresh Nota's shared neutral palette with cleaner white and cool-neutral surfaces plus stronger secondary-text contrast
• bump the synchronized application version to 0.11.0 and refresh changelog, notices, and SBOM
