Motivation

• Provide a concrete, timeboxed 14-day plan in the Chinese README to coordinate efforts for improving test coverage and test stability across the project.
• Make the testing strategy and daily execution guidance discoverable to contributors so coverage work is trackable and consistent.

Description

• Add a new 测试覆盖率提升两周计划 section to README.zh-CN.md that outlines phased goals for hotspot analysis, internal/ package focus, cmd/ layer testing, flaky-test mitigation, CI gate integration, and documentation wrap-up.
• Include practical execution notes such as daily coverage snapshot command (go test ./... -coverprofile=cover.out), phase documentation updates, and flaky test isolation guidance.
• The only file changed is README.zh-CN.md where the new section was appended near the project structure and license information.

Testing

• Ran go test ./... as an automated verification step and all packages with tests passed while the main package reported [no test files].
• No code behavior was modified, so no further automated tests were required for this documentation-only change.
