docs: record installed 0.5.4 M5.5 verification progress

Scope

Update the M5.5 host verification record for the installed 0.5.4-preview package (user-completed in-place upgrade + reboot):

• manager add-term persisted term/manual CeShiShuYu into the correct adapter-created project dictionary on the installed service
• manager single-entry removal (REMOVE_ENTRY) restored the accidentally-affected real dictionary to a byte-identical SHA-256, proving add/remove are exact inverses on persisted data
• diagnosed the earlier "no candidates" observation: the ContextIME TSF server had died, so TSF fail-open English passthrough was mistaken for composition; the installed 0.5.4 server was restarted and the profile re-activation was confirmed via the TSF smoke (ProfileActivationHResult = 0x0)
• the single remaining step is one interactive candidate-commit observation, deliberately deferred because the user moved into a full-screen RDP session and synthetic keys could reach the remote machine
