The test checks only the post-undo names. Since the fixture creates both files at the root, those assertions can pass even if organization did not move them.

Keep the Windows cleanup delay and make it explicit.
The repository requires a 100 ms delay before fs.rm in afterEach on Windows because file handles can remain open. Do not remove the synchronization. Apply it only on Windows:

`getRollbackDirectory()` returns one directory for the whole jest run (`<cwd>/.file-organizer-rollbacks` under jest). Every worker writes manifests into it, so a test that undoes without naming a `manifest_id` restores whichever batch another file finished last, and two suites rolling back serialize against each other on `manifests.lock` for no reason. #108. The earlier fix named one file and left the directory shared, which stops that file perturbing others without making the suite deterministic. `tests/helpers/rollback-storage.ts` points config, history, rollback and backup storage at a per-suite temp root. Doing it in one helper rather than per suite is what keeps it from drifting: nine suites now do it with one call, and the mock spreads `...actualPaths` so only the four state locations move. Suites that need a path validated under the root whitelist it through `CONFIG.paths.customAllowed`, since `os.tmpdir()` is deliberately not in the default allow-list. `rollback-storage-isolation.test.ts` is the guard. It reads `getRollbackDirectory()` at runtime rather than trusting the helper, covers a manifest landing in the private root, the shared directory staying untouched, and an undo that still restores its own batch when a newer foreign manifest is present in the shared one, which is the #108 signature (`Expected value: "image.jpg" / Received array: []`). Mutation-checked by replacing the helper with a pass-through: all three fail. Verified on this branch: build, lint, typecheck:tests, docs:check clean, full suite 106 suites / 1477 passed. Fixes #108 flakiness: per-suite rollback/config/history/backup storage via tests/helpers/rollback-storage.ts; adds rollback-storage-isolation guard. Verified build, lint, typecheck, docs and full suite on branch.
