Summary

Removes all Konnektr Graph documentation from the docs site due to IP considerations. Keeps only JEXL, DB-Query-Operator, and KtrlPlane product docs.

• content/docs/graph/ — entire Graph product docs (65 files across intro, getting-started, concepts, how-to-guides, deployment, advanced-topics, reference)
• content/openapi/graph/ — Graph OpenAPI specification
• content/blog/ — all 4 blog posts (all Graph-related)
• public/graph-icon.png
• app/api/proxy/route.ts — Graph API demo proxy
• components/api-page.tsx, api-page.client.tsx — Graph API UI components
• scripts/generate-docs.ts — Graph API doc generation script

• content/docs/meta.json — removed Graph from navigation pages
• lib/openapi.ts — emptied (was Graph-only)
• lib/source.tsx — removed OpenAPI plugin dependencies
• mdx-components.tsx — removed APIPage component reference
• package.json — removed fumadocs-openapi dependency
• app/(home)/layout.tsx — simplified navbar to 3 products, removed Graph featured section + sub-links + Coming Soon section
• app/(home)/docs/page.tsx — redesigned landing page: 3-column grid instead of Graph-focused layout with CTA

• TypeScript type check: 0 errors (tsc --noEmit)
• Confirmed no references to 'arcadis' remain in the repo
