Adds OrcaCode Review to
Automated PR Agents. I maintain it.It is a GitHub Action that reviews each pull request against a P0-P3 severity rubric, posts findings on the affected lines, and fails the check on P0/P1 so the merge gate is a real gate rather than a comment.
The part that differs from most entries in this section: the reviewing model, the rubric, and the merge policy are not in the workflow YAML. Two independent settings control it — merge policy decides what blocks, report severities decides what gets posted on the diff — and a severity that blocks is always posted regardless, because a failing check with nothing on the diff explaining it is worse than a noisy one.
MIT licensed. It uses Alibaba Open Code Review (Apache-2.0) as the review engine, consumed as a published package and attributed in NOTICE.
