• Support for variable abundance in WGS data.

  WGS data is currently generated by ART. This tool does not support variable abundance within the generated data set. One solution is to continue using ART, but generate a pool of data from which to subsample variable abundance. This will have a storage impact.

• Validated soft clustering and scoring

  As we come closer to supporting the soft clustering of graphs, we need to be certain that our metrics of performance and behaviour are able to deal with degenerate assignment, both for classes Ck and clusterings Kk. This will entail making sure that Vmeasure or Fscore are still bounded within [0,1].

• Analysis framework and experiment
