First, I want to thank you for developing such a great tool that is so helpful for biologists without computer background to be able to analyze RNA-seq data!! I have been using galaxy for a while but uploading/downloading and dealing with data storage limit have been problems. This RNAdetector is really a savior for someone like me.
However, I confronted a problem that my computer hard drive doesn't have enough space to efficiently run RNAdetector. Although I can add other hard drives, my c drive can't be exchanged and is very small. So I would like to know how to change the storage folder especailly in other hard drive. To be able to change storage folder, apparently it is essential to provide local docker socket file. I tried to find the solution, tried several ways, but didn't have any success.
So I came to write down this issue but also found at least three other people already posted the same or similar issues. I don't know whether it is a good idea to write the same or similar issue again. but I decided to do it to emphasize that many people are looking for the solution for the this problem.
Please give us some advice for this issue. By the way, my computer operation system is Windows 11.
