Kiwis are a crop added by Click For Hot Chicks.
Kiwi is considered a trellis crop, which means they can only be grown using a trellis. Trellis crops, however, do not require the player to plant them on farmland or connected to water, and can be placed vertically to save space.
Kiwis are harvested by right-clicking them, after which they return to an earlier crop stage instead of breaking. Mature kiwi crops yield 1 kiwi when harvested by the player, which can then be eaten or used in cooking.
As a trellis crop, kiwis are immune to animal damage.
Kiwi vines have a chance to generate as a tree-climbing vine in dense forest and jungle biomes (biome dictionary type: jungle; forest and dense). They can only grow on wood blocks, not on leaves. They only generate in a low-light area.
Eating a kiwi restores 1 hunger and 0.3 hunger saturation.
Placing a kiwi into a composter has a 65% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
Kiwis, like most other crops, can be used to breed villagers.
Kiwis can be used in cooking several food items.
