Upgrade the MCP framework to v1.22.0. All changes in this range are additive/opt-in, so no code changes are required. Free wins include deterministic tools/list ordering, full JSON Schema 2020-12 for input/output schemas, and modern MCP error codes. Verified: go mod tidy + go build ./... + go test ./... green.
