Build 132: use canonical session patch

Summary

• migrate model selection from the local sessions.model.select RPC to canonical sessions.patch
• identify the Phone as the native openclaw-android UI client with its real app version
• advance Phone and HUD to 1.3.123 / Build 132
• document paired-device installation and the verified 132/132 runtime handshake

Verification

• ./gradlew :phone-app:verifyPairedRelease --no-daemon (266 tasks passed)
• matching Phone/HUD versions and v2 signer
• embedded HUD APK byte-identical to standalone HUD APK
• real model switch GPT-5.5 to GPT-5.6-sol through sessions.patch
• fresh Phone/HUD 132/132 handshake
