basix package manager
this is the result of ~3 years of intermittent effort and is the package manager / build system for my distro, basix linux
there are no docs for the time being outside of the code itself and help output
various ideas/things were borderline stolen from xbps-src and kiss
expect bugs, expect shitty code quality, expect oversights, expect your system to spontaneously combust
