Add a "Voiceover (scene-fitted)" bullet to the skill's Audio section: author narration as a sibling <scene>-vo/script.json, `reframe narrate` synthesizes with Kokoro and auto-fits each line to its slot, baking label-anchored cues that survive retiming/regen. Bump plugin.json 0.1.8 -> 0.1.9 (same commit, per the "touch anything under plugin/ → bump" rule). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
