Changes
Validation
Server and CLI cargo check, formatting and Clippy with warnings denied pass using the existing dev shell with a temporary nixpkgs override. The pinned local shell fails because the factory Nix store is missing its registered bore-cli path. Full pinned integration and embedded-build verification must pass in this PR's CI before merge.
Remaining constraints
Rocket's h2 0.3 and rocket_db_pools' diesel-async 0.4/Diesel 2.1 dependencies remain affected. Their patched releases require parent API migrations. This PR does not claim a clean security audit.
