It'd be great if keystrokes on a hardware keyboard like Command+Tab were transmitted to the remote machine when using screen sharing. At present, there's a Russian roulette aspect to whether the keystroke will do something remotely or trigger an iPadOS/iOS feature instead.
Jamming up keys that would normally be expected to execute something locally (e.g. window management) might get annoying, which I why I think gating it behind the fullscreen mode would be the best differentiator.
Finally, iOS used to make this impossible, but I suspect there might be a new entitlement or something in recent iOS versions, because other apps (e.g. Jump Desktop) have recently gained the ability to send these keystrokes to the remote machine. Happy to dig into that in more detail if no one else has time.
