Investigated for adoption — blocked upstream, leaving open until the plugin ecosystem catches up.

ESLint 10 removed the context.getFilename() API, and the config's React plugins still call it:

• eslint-plugin-react — latest is 7.37.5, peer eslint ^3 … ^9.7. No ESLint 10-compatible release exists yet; this is what crashes (TypeError: contextOrFilename.getFilename is not a function loading react/display-name).
• eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y@6.10.2 and eslint-plugin-import@2.32.0 — both cap at eslint ^9. (eslint-plugin-import-x@4.16.2 does support ^10, but it's only the import half.)
• eslint-config-next@16.2.7 peers eslint >=9 but pulls the React/jsx-a11y/import plugins transitively for the web app.

The only way to force ESLint 10 today is to drop eslint-plugin-react (and the next config's React rules), which loses real lint coverage — not worth it per the repo's "don't disable rules to make it work" rule. Renovate will rebase this once eslint-plugin-react ships an ESLint 10 build.

The other deferred majors landed: TypeScript 6 (#92), Vite 8 / Vitest 4 (#93), pnpm 11 (#94).
