Overview
Bumps the SDK to v0.40.0 (manifest, package, internal VERSION) and refreshes release metadata/docs.

Adds browser-pool provenance to browser session data by introducing BrowserPoolRef and an optional pool field on relevant responses (e.g., Browsers session responses, Invocations.listBrowsers, and BrowserPools.acquire), and re-exports the new type through the client and resource indexes so it appears in api.md.
