Overview
Bumps the SDK version to 0.38.0 (manifest, package.json, src/version.ts) and updates generated release metadata (.stats.yml) plus the CHANGELOG.md entry for 0.38.0.

Extends the browsers.list API by adding an optional query parameter to BrowserListParams (search by session/profile/proxy ID) and updates the corresponding browsers list test to pass the new param.

Fixes a typo in CONTRIBUTING.md for the pnpm link --global @onkernel/sdk command.
