Bumps the SDK release from
0.38.0to0.39.0(manifest,internal/version.go, README install snippet, and changelog), and updates the tracked OpenAPI spec URL/hash used for generation.Adds support for proxy hostname bypassing by introducing
BypassHosts(bypass_hosts) on proxy create params (ProxyNewParams) and on proxy responses (ProxyNewResponse,ProxyGetResponse,ProxyListResponse,ProxyCheckResponse), with the generated test updated to include the new optional field.Written by Cursor Bugbot for commit fec9961.
