Add GPU hardware acceleration documentation

Added documentation for the hardware acceleration feature that allows users to enable GPU rendering for graphics-intensive browser workloads. This research preview feature requires a Start-Up or Enterprise plan and is useful for WebGL, video processing, and GPU-accelerated computations.
