Customized React Template with Express Backend

This project is a customized React template built with Vite, enhanced by kenjirez, and integrated with an Express backend for serving the React files. It also utilizes React Router for frontend routing.

Getting Started

1. Clone the repository:

   sh
   git clone https://github.com/kenjirez/custom-react-express-template.git
   cd react-template-express
   

2. Install Dependencies: Navigate to the frontend directory and install frontend dependencies:

   cd frontend 
   npm install && npm install --save-dev
   

   Navigate to the backend directory and install backend dependencies:

   cd ../backend 
   npm install && npm install --save-dev
   

3. Build the Frontend: In the frontend directory, build the React app:

   npm run build
   

4. Run the Express Server: In the backend directory, start the Express server:

   npm run server
   

   The Express server will serve the React files and API endpoints at http://localhost:1111.

5. Explore the App: Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to see the app in action.

6. Develop the React Frontend: In the frontend directory, run the following command:

   npm run dev
