docs(validation): freeze native IBW parser pilot v0.1

Status

Draft freeze for the native IBW parser pilot v0.1.

This PR publishes the preregistered protocol and its path-mapping
corrigendum. It does not contain blind-holdout results.

Frozen design

• 14 unique IBW v5 little-endian FP32 candidates
• 4 DEVELOPMENT
• 2 BLIND_HOLDOUT, one case per demonstrated shape
• 8 BLIND_RESERVE
• assignment coverage: 14/14
• role overlap: 0
• payload bytes read before implementation: 0
• scientific candidate values observed before implementation: no
• freeze commit: c1fea8f17be38712888bf128919158ad5dbdb6b0
• path corrigendum: e9706e82028dedd2fc4dada13d4c9d6bb86fdcd6

The corrigendum changes one path mapping only. Hash, shape, role and
selection remain unchanged. Blindness is preserved.

Claim boundary

No Level 2 or Level 3 parser claim is made in this PR.

The two blind holdouts remain unopened. The eight reserves remain unopened.
A future claim requires execution against the parser frozen before holdout
access.

Data policy

• no raw IBW data committed
• no candidate payloads committed
• no private absolute paths
• no physical-validation claim

Do not merge until the blind-holdout campaign is executed and audited.
