Now don't have to specify call_spots method.
Update plot so now if you run plot with a plot already open it doesn't throw a bug.
Fix Normalisation bug
Made condition on PCR goodness less strict.
Had bug when X or Y dimension of tile grid was 1.
Gamma distribution was peaking at the wrong place before. Most important change is in call_spots_prob.
Allow less than 7 rounds for gene codes
Make warning about missing channels an error. Advice to check leading zeros.
New colors
