Small Python CLI that returns the newest Jenkins plugin release compatible with a specific Jenkins core version.
It uses the official Jenkins plugin catalog:

history for every plugin. This app:
- Downloads that catalog and caches it locally in
.cache/plugin-versions.json. - Reads all releases for each requested plugin.
- Filters releases whose
requiredCoreis greater than the Jenkins version you entered. - Returns the newest remaining release for each plugin by
releaseTimestamp.
