Patient Registration Form

This project is a backend system built in Node.js that allows attendants to manage information in a database, using CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, and Delete).

Usage Tips

• Website link: crud1-kauamoreno2005.b4a.run/
• The server is disabled after 30 minutes of inactivity, so the website may take up to 1 minute to load initially.
  

Administrator usernames and passwords:

• login: admin - password: admin
• login: pedro - password: senhaforte
• login: ana - password: senhasegura
