chore: refresh link preview images for the current site

• Link previews for the start page, DReps, Governance Actions, Discussions, Help, Badges and Brand now show the current site instead of a months-old state
• The start page preview gained the logo, the full voter network and both call to action buttons, which the previous one cut off
• The DReps preview shows the four stat tiles, the trend column and the delegator counts
• The Governance Actions preview shows the DRep and committee tallies plus the remaining voting time per action
• All previews carry the current navigation
• The register as a DRep preview is unchanged, it needs a browser with a wallet extension to render its normal state
