feat: show voting-end epoch and date on the trend compare picker - #474

- Every action in the "Compare with..." list now shows when its voting ended, as epoch and date, so two comparable actions with the same recurring title can be told apart
- The "Compared with" line above the chart carries the same end info, so the temporal distance between the two compared voting windows is visible at a glance
