Custom fields and board customizations

Description

Implements custom fields, organized into sections, and adds some custom overrides for built-in fields. The custom fields can be configured with a simple add/edit/remove form, or in an advanced yaml text box. I was also thinking it would especially be good for the built-in templates. (ex: Recruitment with name, email, phone, education section, etc.)

This was implemented for a specific project we're working on, but written in a way that it's hopefully helpful for other uses. I don't know if this matches your goals for custom fields, but it's here if it's helpful.

As an avid product owner (though not for Kan), I'd think we would want to go ahead and implement the GUI for configuration. Specifically to help those non technical users who would be using this amazing feature.

I was at least planning on adding some documentation/help for it, but I wanted to make sure that this would actually be used first. I could probably add a basic add/edit/remove as well, when I get a chance.
