chore: align v0.14.4 release metadata

Summary

• align the package and release documentation with the API safety, unit field and review-state contracts merged after v0.14.3
• point the recruiter-first README at the new release evidence without changing its runtime/demo contract
• document the in-memory review-store boundary and preserve the formal-admission block on three structured electricity records

Scope

Release metadata and release-contract tests only. This PR does not change Resolver runtime behavior, factor records or values, retrieval/ranking/qualification, candidate IDs, frozen answers or benchmark case inventories. The existing v0.14.3 tag and Release remain immutable.

Local verification

• full suite: 587 passed
• branch coverage: 86.91% (required 85%)
• focused release/API/unit/review suite: 107 passed
• Ruff, mypy, compileall and uv lock --check: pass
• v0.14.4 wheel/sdist build and archive isolation: pass
