I was investigating why some of our SQS DLQs have the retention period set to
4days.Turned out that we just needed to update tomodachi to
0.24.1where this PR introduced the config for retention period and recreate the DLQsWrote a test during the investigation - submitting the PR so that it doesn't go to waste 😄
