As an exception, if, as a result of compiling your source code, portions
of this Software are embedded into an Object form of such source code, you

This exception applies solely to the runtime library components of the Kairo
compiler toolchain. It does not apply to the compiler itself, the build tools,
or any other component of the Kairo toolchain when distributed as standalone
software.
