A collection of plugins for osTicket. Built and tested against osTicket v1.18.
Posts a message to a Discord channel every time a ticket is created or gets a reply. Each post is an embed showing the sender, a short preview of the message, the ticket status, the help topic, and a link to the ticket. New tickets, customer replies, agent replies, and internal notes each get their own color and can be turned on or off. See the plugin README for setup.
Copy the plugin's folder into your osTicket install under include/plugins/, then enable it from
Admin Panel > Manage > Plugins. Each plugin's README has the details.
