Puts the logo at the top of the README in the same hero layout shepherd uses: a two-cell table, the image in a 200px column at
width="180", the title and tagline beside it, and the𓋾prefix on the heading.assets/nvim-shepherd.pngis downscaled to 440x480 (336K) from the 992x1082 original — it renders at 180px, so the full-size file was several times the pixels needed.
