Highest-priority gate: Complete upload lifecycle cleanup/retry semantics so hash/cancel/finalization failures cannot leave orphaned objects or discard retryable files. Feature flags are not a substitute for authority, evidence-integrity, or durability fixes; use typed modes only where they provide a real rollout boundary. |
