Council of Dans review: repair/defer. Highest-priority gate: Keep deterministic zero-call mode, but live admission needs an exact account/project/model/output-cap funded canary, explicit spend ceiling, and unknown cost represented as unknown rather than /bin/zsh. Feature flags are not a substitute for authority, evidence-integrity, or durability fixes; use typed modes only where they provide a real rollout boundary. |
