Highest-priority gate: Constrain recipe script and URL shapes at validation time (safe schemes, no control/shell metacharacters, exhaustive default-deny) before execution adapters consume them. Feature flags are not a substitute for authority, evidence-integrity, or durability fixes; use typed modes only where they provide a real rollout boundary. |
